Anel started her career with Mutual & Federal Insurance during 1988 in the claims department, and after 19 years she took on a new challenge with Auto & General in the claims call centre. Four years later she was appointed as Claims Manager, dealing with HCV (Heavy Commercial Vehicles) claims. Anel joined Assurant in March 2016. With more than 30 years of experience in claims, she is well known to the brokers for her passion and the exceptional service she provides.
